PG Projects online has three basic methods of shipping.
• Speed Services – for small parcels
• Courier Services – we will quote on the shipping costs
• Collect – you are welcome to collect your purchase from our store to save on delivery charges, or we can deliver in the Krugersdorp - Roodepoort areas at no charge
• 3 to 4 working day deliveries depending on area

Goods can be delivered overnight to your doorstep, but at a substantial delivery cost that are charged by couriers.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. You will have to sign for your parcel at the counter if you want it sent to your Post Office
Prices depend on box dimensions or weight factor, a typical alarm system weighs between 7 to 11Kg
Optional insurance is available with a 5 percent levy on top of purchase price and charged seprately
Please note - Shipping charges may be re-calculated by us after purchasing in case we find the shipping cost is insufficient, or as a customer you can advise us on alternative shipping methods

Returns

All products and items are inspected before shipping. All sales and transactions are final, thus we will not reverse any sales transactions. All products/items sold carry a manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee and will be honored by PG Projects. Should any item or component be defective beyond doubt, all you have to do is contact us and we will arrange/facilitate a replacement.

Payment by Bank Transfers / Cheques

PG Projects does not except any cheque payments ever. We experienced too many instances of fraud by cheque payments and decided not to accept this form of payment. Should you insist payment by cheque, a waiting period of 21 working days is required for clearance of any funds. Shipping will only commence after funds are cleared by our bank.

If you prefer paying by bank transfer (internet Banking), we will ship immediately after the funds are cleared in our bank. Usually it takes a maximum of four (2-4) days. Most transactions are cleared by the next day. We encourage this type of payment. We might call you to confirm the transaction for your security. In some cases we might even ship your items for free depending on items purchased.
