If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement with another item. We will only deduct the shipping and handling fees incurred by us, and process the balance of the refund on receipt of the item(s).
If the item is damaged when you receive it, we will issue a full refund either when it is returned to us, or has been inspected by the shipper.
It is important to get hold of us within this 14 day period. Claims after this will not be accepted.
6. What happens if my items are damaged?
Any damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Please call us for your Return. We take extra care when packing your items for shipment. All items are quality checked, wrapped in thick bubble-plastic and boxed.

10. What if I want to pay less for shipping?
Our website automatically calculates the shipping cost according to shipping weight (Volumetric Weight) as per the courier service rates. You may call us for a fresh quote where we will quote the prices of your items that you wish to order as well as phone up the courier service and negotiate a shipping rate for your specific parcel. You will then have to pay the quote by Internet transfer. Our banking details are on the Quotation Document that we will email back to you. Once the funds reflect on our bank statement, we will immediately courier you parcel and include the original Invoice with the parcel.
11. What is the quickest and most cost effective way of shipping?
We make use of Postnet - Over Night door to door is the quickest, but at a escelated cost.
12. Payment by Bank Transfers(EFT) / Cheques
PG Projects does not except any Cheque payments ever. We experienced too many instances of fraud by cheque payments and decided not to except this form of payment. Should you insist payment by cheque, a waiting period of 21 working days is required for clearance of the funds. Shipping will only commence after funds are cleared by our bank. The bank has to verify if the cheque was stolen or not.
If you prefer paying by bank transfer (internet Banking), we will ship immediately after the funds are cleared in our bank. Usually it takes a maximum of three (3) days. Most transactions are cleared by the next day. We encourage this type of payment. We might call you to confirm the transaction for your security. In some cases we might even ship your items for free (depending on item status), as we save on commissions payable.
